Mandy Goldstein

Mandy spent many years working with youth in mental health settings.  She served as a Head Counselo in a therapeutic boarding school in Utah and as a Behavioral Specialist at a day treatment/ residential facility in Los Angeles. She also managed a daycamp for at-risk youth for Salt Lake City Parks and Recreation.  Later, Mandy worked for Hilton Hotel’s World Headquarters in Beverly Hills, serving as assistant to the Vice President of Human Resources and as Manager of the Corporate Department  of Diversity.  She has her bachelors degree in Recreation Management Administration with a minor in Gerontology from Brigham Young University.

Mandy was fascinated about the concept of Pelican Cove from its beginnings. Many of the troubles youth she worked with came from families with little or no access to, or knowledge about, mental health care. Mandy believes Pelican Cove fills a much-needed niche in providing quality mental health care in a professional setting to those who could not otherwise afford it. In her spare time, she loves running, paddle boarding, musical theater, drawing and spending time with her husband and three children.
