At Pelican Cove Counseling Centers, our primary goal is providing individual, couple, and group therapy to those who desperately need it but do not have access due to lack of insurance or financial resources.  When clients come to us, we set a fee based on their ability to pay.  These payments allow us to run the bare bones operation of Pelican Cove but are often below the minimum hourly rate we need to survive.

This year, we are establishing two types of scholarship funds to support the most financially vulnerable clients.  

• PELICAN COVE SCHOLARSHIP FUND (PCSF) will allow us to fill in the difference between what clients can pay and the hourly rate needed to keep our doors open.  

  • Any amount can be donated to support the PCSF

• HONORARY SCHOLARSHIP FUND (HSF) will allow those compelled to give to Pelican Cove the opportunity to donate on behalf of a loved one, or simply to honor an individual or family.

  • Minimum donation of $500 required

  • $500 or higher will give you naming rights for your fund to honor those who have inspired you to turn your hope into action.

  • Funds will remain open in perpetuity, will come under the umbrella of our general fund, and can be funded on a monthly or yearly basis to keep them solvent.

Please consider a donation at the $500+ level as this year closes.  You will be honoring the person that brought you to this work while providing funding for what are often life saving services to the most vulnerable.
